Raynor ControlHoist operators with solid state logic board control are available in various motor and voltage combinations to meet many commercial applications.
Raynor FireHoist™ garage door operators are UL listed for use with Raynor FireCoil™ fire-rated rolling doors, as well as for retro-fit applications where existing fire doors require new operators. Available in a variety of HP options, Raynor FireHoist offers helical, spur and planetary gear drive designs. ControlHoist 2.0 Optima
Designed for larger sectional doors, rolling doors and higher-cycle applications, the ControlHoist 2.0 Optima is a heavy-duty, gear driven commercial operator that is built with a continuous-duty, overload protected motor with high starting torque. All units feature heavy-duty industrial ball bearings, worm gear drive in oil bath and an electromechanical brake. Innovative features along with durable mechanical design, provide consistent and reliable operation for the most stringent agricultural, commercial, or industrial applications.

ControlHoist 2.0 Standard
The ControlHoist 2.0 Standard is medium-duty, belt-drive operator, designed for high cycle applications and use on standard to larger size sectional doors, rolling door and grilles. Innovative features, along with durable mechanical design, offer a consistent and reliable performance day in and day out.

ControlHoist 2.0 Basic
The ControlHoist 2.0 Basic is a ½ horsepower, belt-drive operator, perfect for operating smaller sized sectional doors, rolling doors and grilles. This entry level unit is still loaded with innovative features along with a durable construction that is suitable for most commercial applications.

Raynor FireHoist Commercial Operators
Raynor FireHoist™ fire door operators are UL listed for use with Raynor FireCoil™ fire-rated doors, as well as for retro-fit applications where existing fire doors require new operators. Available in a variety of horsepower options, Raynor offers helical, spur and planetary gear drive systems. All models are c-UL-us listed and housed in a NEMA I enclosure.
FireHoist FGH
Raynor FireHoist FGH fire door operators offer 1/2 hp, 1 hp, 1-1/2 hp, 2 hp and 3 hp in line gear reducer option providing for an integrated fire door system. Resetting of the operator is as easy as reconnecting the fusible link release cable and then activating the open control to reset the door. The FGH models are also available for retro fitting existing fire doors by eliminating all the components that typically fail with an operator. Other release devices can be added to the system for detector/alarm inputs and loss of power.
FireHoist FGH operators feature:
- Solenoid actuated disc brake
- TENV motor
- 30 cycles per hour
- Fusible link activation of internal release and governor controlled closing
- Auxiliary hand chain ( up to 2 HP)
- On-board open, close, stop buttons
- On-board non-resettable cycle counter
- Optional on-board timer to close

FireHoist FDCL
Raynor FireHoist FDCL operators provide a 1/2 hp spur gear drive option providing an integrated fire door system. Resetting of the operator is as easy as activating the open control to reset the door.
FireHoist FDCL operators feature:
- Monitored 72 hour battery back-up
- Low battery warning
- Programmable closing function selections
- Keyed test station
- Detector/alarm inputs
- Time-delayed automatic closing for detector/alarm (10 sec.)
- Electronic thermal sensors that replaces fusible links (field installed)
- Electromagnetic disc brake
- ODP motor
- 25 cycles per hour

Raynor FireHoist FDC fire door operators offer 1/2 hp and 1 hp helical gear drive options, providing an integrated fire door system. When you need maximum battery backup capability, the FireHoist FDC delivers 72 hour monitored performance along with a built in low battery warning.
FireHoist FDC operators feature:

FireHoist FSEP
Raynor FireHoist FSEP fire door operators offer 1/3 HP, 1/2 HP, 3/4 HP, 1-1/2 HP, and 2 HP, planetary reduction gear drive options, providing an integrated fire door control system. Resetting of the operator is as easy as activating the open control to reset the door with the exception of melting a fusible link. The FSEP models are also available for retro fitting existing fire doors by eliminating all the components that typically fail with an operator.
FireHoist FSEP fire door operators feature:
- Solenoid actuated brake
- TENV motor
- 30 cycles per hour
- Fusible link activation of internal release and governor controlled closing
- Door releases under a power failure (delay 0 or 10 sec.)
- Detector/alarm inputs
