We called Jammer Doors when the torsion spring on one of our garage doors broke. Amber took our call and was very courteous and efficient in taking our information. She scheduled us for service the next day and sent us texts to keep us informed.
Our service technician, Pat, arrived at our house on time. He was very friendly and professional. You could tell that he was very experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. While he was here, we discussed the advantage of replacing the spring on the other garage door as long as he was here. He replaced both springs, lubricated all of the moving parts, and checked all the other components to make sure everything was in good working order. He took time to listen to my questions and answered all of them, and he showed me how to perform periodic maintenance. He did all of this in well under an hour.

Outstanding service. We needed weather stripping replaced on an older set of garage doors. We had been unsuscessful - even with help - in locating proper replacement weather stripping and one of the doors had some damage on the bottom that complicated the replacement process. Jammer was able to get us what we needed and deal with the complications. They also recommended replacing some worn parts of the door mechanisms that really improved their operation. The were prompt in scheduling service and technician they sent was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. They are very reasonably priced as well. Definitely recommend them highly.

We had four exterior doors replaced at Newtown Reformed Church, and Jammer Doors did a fantastic job. We've had the doors installed now for around two months, and we love them. The doors were reasonably priced, and the company was great to work with. There were a few adjustments that needed to be made when we added access control, and they came right out and worked with the security company and got things set. I cannot recommend them any higher.

I hired Jammer to install openers and replace weather stripping around garage doors in the home I recently purchased. The garage doors were lower than standard size and the previous owners had installed dry wall and recessed lights in the ceiling. This looked nice, but complicated my install. Jammer knew exactly what to do. They had to install new tracks. They did the install over 6 months ago and I have not had a single issue. Highly recommended!
